january/february | started the year with a three stop pop-up shop, that developed into a permanent residence for aliceanna at nana boutique in dc. flyer by justin park-yanovitch.
february | featured in the now defunct site, readysetdc (you are missed!). interviewed in downtown annapolis and photographed on what could possibly be considered the windiest day in dc.
march | promo photoshoot for readysetdc's fashion district with the lovely audrey cotton modeling aliceanna.
may | it's here, y'all. southern living may 2012 issue featuring aliceanna. shot in hampden at doubledutch boutique. i brought a few friends along for what ended up being the most fun day of my year. photographed with amanda campion, meagan simonaire, lauren ruth ward & rachelle epstein. thanks to erin shaw street, robbie caponetto & celine russell for making that day the best.
may | it's always a good day when you wake up to find yourself on refinery29. thanks holly thomas for supporting dc fashion.
june | moved my life and career to los angeles. grace's famous banana bread pictured.
september | shot a series of videos for the launch of tweli.com, but my favorite thing that resulted from the day was this photo of ashley streicher being the best in between shooting videos.
december | boom. tweli.com launches. aliceanna is projected in dc's h street corridor at the district's get fashion event.

thanks for everyone reading and following along this year.

happy 2013 y'all!

style hero: lindsay weir

nick andopolis definitely had the best taste at mckinley high.
lindsay weir was one intelligent, badass babe, who blurred the line between straight-A mathlete student and class-skipping, social outcast freak.
an ever-present army parka and super shiny hair were her constant accessories.

stylelikeu + grace woodroofe

this week my friend grace was featured on stylelikeu, one of my absolute favorite sites. when she told me she was going to be featured, i pretty much flipped out and began checking the site every morning for her.
the video is an accurate representation of grace & her character; she's thoughtful, intelligent and wise beyond her years. not to mention severely talented.
view it all here.
